I using bitcomet 0.70… I’m facing a problem which almost all torrent file happened…

Following is my setting of bitcomet

Under preference> Connection

Maximum connection per task : 150

connection to keep per task : 100

Maximum TCP half-open connection : 50

During the downloading progress…, I did wait for long time… I realized one problem which the total peers that bitcomet connected was not reached to 150(was between 60~70 peers), even the torrent file did have 1000 or more peers available …

The amount of “connections” is not related to the amount of “peers”.

You can have multiple connections to same peer. Your client will continue to make connections to send and recieve data, and will list those peers you have connected to, but will not list how many connections you have with that peer.
