Hi Derek,
Here is what is required to add one additional seeder to the torrent.
1 computer and user, 1 dedicated Internet connection, 1 complete set of files in the torrent.
so, as you can see, its not a settings issue, its the amount of people sharing the files.
Regarding your internet connection, you do have a very good connection speed, and you should be able to see much faster speeds if configured properly.
There is nothing I could put into a forum post that would come close to the details that are in our settings guides, so I strongly suggest you read through them, and take your time.
I’m not sure if your using a router, but if you are, your listening port will have to be properly forwarded.
I also think your max upload speed might need to be reduced a bit. I see you are uploading at 91kB/s (equal to 728kb/s). I that is the highest it goes, and is set to “unlimited max upload”, then reduce it by 20%.
Also, I recommend users only run one torrent at a time, as by running mulitple torrents is the primary reason for slow download speeds. However, you do have much higher upload speed then most people have, so running two torrents is reasonable. For purposes of testing, and tuning your clients, you will want only one running.
Once you have figured your highest upload speed, then reduced it by 20% (if your max is 100, then set to 80).
Go here, and try one of these torrents…

I was able to get over 700kB/s, but you could possible get much higher. In fact, I would love to know what speed you can get.
Suspect
ps. don’t substitute this post for fully reading our settings guides
