Is there an irc script download?
kinda like all the winamp / video playing addons.

Anyways, no, BitComet being a closed-source torrent client rarely has outside people making plug-ins.
If you wish however, you can place this at BitComet requests/features. Though…it would have to be a valid reason as to why you want mirc added onto BitComet.
Because with torrent clients we tend to minimise any external programs running on it, since some BitComet users seem to have a 100% CPU usage on this client.
