I have moved a downloaded file to an alternate hard drive, and now I want to keep seeding the file. Is there any way to get BitComet to recognize the file in the other location where is has been moved to so I can share it?
When you load the torrent in order to start seeding, just change the save location to point to the directory where you’ve moved the file. Make sure BC says you’ve got 100% of the file. If it doesn’t, you got the location wrong and need to try again.
