Moving files to BitComet

Hi, I am switching from BitLord to BitComet and was wondering if it was possible to move the files from the uncompleted BitLord tasks into BitComet so that I can continue them. Or do I have to complete them in BitLord?

as long as you select the proper location to save the files, this will be fine.

If your prior client appended to the files extension, it may be necessary to remove that extension (for example bit comet can add a .bc to unfinished files)

Thanks a bunch,

but I put it in what I believe to be the right folder with the pre-existing files, however the percentage complete hasn’t changed and it doesn’t appear to be downloading.
