I download a file from d-addict and the U/D ration still keep 0 all the time
but i check with seed and peer number is all 100 ups so what is going on can any one help me please!!

To put it simple, nobody needs your data.
You see, BitTorrent clients tend to decrease using seeds’ traffic at cost of increased downloading from leechers. If I understood you correctly, your torrent has hundreds of leechers => most part of overall traffic goes between them; besides, your torrent has hundreds of seeds, so it’s very unlikely that any seed at all may have the data some of leechers don’t already have; even then the general probability that YOU’re the seed which they want data from is (1/<these_hundreds_of_seeds>). Not too much, as you can see 
Just give up seeding idea for some time ahead. Try seeding week/(-s)/month/(-es) later, when each your byte will be very valuable for leechers of “almost dead” torrent this one is going to be by then.
