First, yes, I suggest that you upgrade to the latest STABLE version — > .70
Second, could you please provide a bit more information as to what your problem is??

O/S (operating system) = windows version
Bit comet versions .59 and .60 have a serious bug regarding dht issues (distributed hash tables) and is banned from alot of private trackers.
We ask that members do not use these versions.
Our latest “stable” version is .70.
I would recommend you not use any version before .64 nor after .70
If you have any trouble usin one of these versions, then post as much detail regarding the problem and we will try to help.
