I have downloaded Carmageddon TDR 2000 and burned it to a CD using Imgburn. When I click the setup program to begin installation, setup asks me to insert the correct CD. What should I do to be able to install the game?

i assume this is for pc? if so you need to go to this site you dl’ed from and find a patch or crack.

I managed to solve the problem myself. I mounted the game with Daemon Tools, activated Safedisc in DT and then I could install the game.

For future referrence, most of these programs have a folder on the disc, or with the download called “crack” or “patch” or something.

There is often also instructions in a text file (file.nfo)
