i Download the app and i registed successfuly
but when i open the apps he not able to connect with my commetid
how can i fix it?
Wait until the server is fixed and it will work. In the meantime you can use bitcomet as usual as cometID is not required to use the BitComet Client. If you want to learn more about CometID you can read some of the articles and FAQs on wiki.bitcomet.com (links located in my signature).
