ok, right now, my bitcomet client is in chinese, because I have chinese windows. Is there a way I can get english defaults while having chinese windows? BTW, Windows is english, but the settings are in chinese, and I can’t change them.

Now, the only thing I can think of is during the install of BC set it to English. You are using the setup.exe right? The first option should be setting the language. Also, make sure you’re using 0.68.

Sorry about that, it’s just in other forums, they usually do bump when they don’t have the answer, and it gets too deep that no one would see it.
I know what you mean, but here we see an icon for new posts. At least when were logged in. 
So were you able to fix your problem?
Actually I think with all BitComet versions (I just tried 0.60, and it already has the language option), as soon as you double-click the setup.exe, a window will pop-up immediately asking you which language you want BitComet to use.
This may sound like a really stupid question but how do I register on BitComet to download files? I have registered on the forums but it seems not to log on with this account.
