I have got the same problem with gednlisa. My version is also 1.22. How do you make a proper

request like ‘Please help me’.

In the post which The UnUsual Suspect made immediately above yours, there is a BIG BLUE LINK which says READ THIS before posting.

If you had read that before making your post you would have known what it takes to make a proper request. :wink:
