NEW MEMBER HELP

I AM A NEW USER & WHEN I DOWNLOAD A FILM I TRY TO CONVERT IT USING NERO BUT IT DOESNT RECOGNISE THE FILE EVEN ALTHOUGH ITS CLEARLY VISIBLE ON MY DESKTOP OR IN A FOLDER.
