Old laptop with 1,6 GHz cpu, Windows xp home and BC !.25 is four time faster than new PC with 3,2 GHz, Windows 7 Home Premium BitComet 1.26,measured download speed 4012 and upload 239 kb/s. What can I do to make better download speed with new PC?
