I am new to BitComet 7 and would like some help. I have a 4mb ISP connection, a Netgear MR814 v.2 router, windows XP with SP2.
I am trying to dl a 700mb file - the dl speed is 6kb/s and the ul speed is zero. I have configured my settings in preferences following the guidelines here and have also port forwarded my router and unblocked XP firewall.
Am I missing something else here? Any advice would be much appreciated, thankyou.
