new to all of this, forums included. I downloaded the 4th episode of the amazing race and i thought i could just hit preview and follow the prompts from there but i get this message:media file playback some necessary audio/video codec is not installed in your system. i then ran the wizard and it states that realplayer mediaplayer classic and realmedia splitter codec are all there. then it says that "this system is able to playback realmedia files? i must be missing a step or some files? i have no idea what to do from this point other than give up, it’s been 2 days of trying and reading help files and forums.thank you for your help.
