Not able to make DHT get connected....Plz Help

I am not been able to make the status of the DHT as connected even after enabling it in the preferences.

Please get back to me with all possible solutions and alternatives.

Your listen port needs to be open for UDP as well as TCP. Review your firewall settings and correct this.
