Help please i downlaoded Black.And.White.2.Battle.Of.The.Gods.CLONE-PLEX and it finshed and i open the floder and i get all these files wat do i do?

Not sure Nissan but i think you just got to unrar it(double click on the 1st ,red and blue,rar file) and that will give you an mds/mdf image file.This can be burned or mounted using alchohol.
