I download always in range 100kb - 400kb . BUT recently , i connect to tracker and tracker return 100 peers BUT connected peers only 1 or 2 . It make download speed getting low (1-10kb) only.Not all tasks can download whenever tracker return peers.

Who is your ISP?
What kind of modem do you have?
Do you also have a router?
What antivirus / firewall software do you use?
Do you have the DHT Network enabled?
-maybe those 1 or 2 peers are from the DHT Network and not from the tracker.
