Hi, I am a new user, I downloaded a file, bit it wouldn’t let me use VIP. How do you open it after it downloads?
VIP Acceleration is used during the download, to speed the download. It is not used afterwards.
You open it like any other file of that type.
Go to the folder where you downloaded it.
