Opening Bitcomet - Internet crash

HI.

After I open Bitcomet my Internet totaly crashes. All browsers are dead. Even other devices connected to the same modem are loosing the internet connection. If i close Bit comet, the system are restore at normal functions in seconds. Opening second time, internet are working but slowly and crashing sometimes. Im using bitcomet for so many years and I didnt have this problem until few months ago using same computer and same SO and browser settings. If is not a bitcomet bug can be the internet provider?

All my other Internet applications either slow down or say they can’t connect when I use BitComet. What’s going on and how can I fix this?

When BitComet is running my router/modem reboots itself or freezes. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix this?
