Why are password protected downloads allowed as you cannot get the pasword you need to open movies all you get is software you dont realy need or want 
well they aren’t allowed, it’s because the uploader wants for only speciafic downloaders to open the file, whell , good thing on some sites you are allowed to put comments, cas whith the help of comments from other users that I’ve read some where hackers and had cracked the file…told me the password
