Using BitComet 1.16
Is there any way i could create a task just by using the data downloaded and the piece part that came along with it?
After i recently replaced my windows i lost all my tasks and i really don’t want to have to start downloading from scratch.

You need the .torrent file for that task. If you still have it saved somewhere just double-click it, if not download it. It must be the exact same .torrent file, not one with a similar name.
In the dialog window which appears make sure that you select the folder where your unfinished files reside.
That’s all.
P.S. If the hash-check goes very fast and you end up with 0% progress instead of the real progress percentage then you pointed to a wrong folder. Stop the task and change the directory to point to the right location.
