I have a problem i think. I’m having a 1Mb/s internet connection but as i see i can’t download with a large amount of kb/s.

Especially in the main (tranfer window) of the bitcomet on the status bar it says that something is not loginned in. B)

For starters stop using version 0.71. Either use 0.70 (recommended) or 0.75. Then read through our settings guide. And you shouldn’t run more than 2 maybe 3 .torrents at a time.
