Hi! I’ve jus completed downloading a movie. Any kind souls out there who can help me on this?
I’ve tried playing the file using winamp, window media player, real player etc.. how come there’s only sound and no graphic? anyone can advise me on that?

It would be a good idea to provide a list of the files you have downloaded.
From what you report, I believe this could be that your codecs need to be updated.
Here are two good codec packs…
CCCP (best for playing of files)
k lite codecs (best for playing, editing and encoding)

if you select the k lite pack, don’t just install all the options, or you will surely have problems (default settings work fine for nearly every user)
both of these come with “media player classic”, which will play nearly any type of video, I suggest you install it.

VLC media player will also probably play that file
just go to videolan.org to download it free
