PORT DETECTION FAILED

I cant sign in to my account and bitcomet is displaying a grey status icon saying my port is blocked. I am using a LAN cable (windows 8.1) . What should i do?

I think you only need to go to Options > Connection and brief “Add Windows Firewall exception”

if your port is blocked it will be red, not grey.
