When a video file is 100% complete and is run from bitcomet, it is opened with whatever the filetype is associated with in windows. However, if the operation method is still “read & write,” the file can’t be opened. If the file is 100% complete, can you make it so it checks the operation method of the file and opens it with the previewer if it is still “read & write”?
