can someone help me with this:the top part says i’m downloading at 40kbps,uploading at 43kbps but in the actual torrents downloading,only 7kbps and uploading 17kbps…why is this so?my pc is not freezing or doing anything,other than just downloading /using bt.

This is the wrong section for this.
The transfer numbers reported by Bitcomet are not always that accurate.
The reason your seeing the extra bandwidth is because of overhead and the DHT network if you have that enabled.
Have you set an upload cap for Bitcomet. Read through the Settings Help in my sig to figure yours out.
