All this while my bitcomet had been running normal and nothing happen one. But recently i come to this problem that it did connected but the download rates remain in zero. Even upload the same. Can anyone help me into this problem??
How many seeders and peers are listed as using the torrent?

This means that you have working settings, and you haven’t changed them since then => your BitComet settings are OK. Trouble is elsewhere.

I suppose you have “Tracker return x peers” in “Trackers” and “DHT connected node: xxxx”
…but the download rates remain in zero. Even upload the same.
It looks much like you’ve chosen dead torrent (no seeders+no leechers / no seeders+all leechers have the same %% completed as you). Try other torrent(-s) or wait for seed to come.
