the download is finished its at 100% but then i click preview a pop up comes up and says" media file playback error!" then it asks if i want to run bitcomet video codec check wizard. then i say yes… then it says FOUND realplayer FOUND classic media player FOUND realmedia splitter codec then it says this system is able to playback realmedia files… WHY ISNT IT WORKING???
Try opening the file directly with media player classic or realplayer
