This is regarding registering to our FORUM, not for “Bit Comet Passport”

Due to massive spam postings in the forum, it has become necessary to add IP address ban to many personal and proxy IPs.

If you find that you cannot register, send us an email with the IP address you use, and your desired screen name, as well as a couple alternates.

EDIT: It seems people are sending their Internal (lan) IP address in email when requesting registration. This is no help to us, as only the IP address that is used outside of your “Local Area Network” is used on the Internet.

Since we are now integrated with Comet ID, this topic is obsolete. I would like to replace it with a new version though. One that covers how to make a comet ID and/or register directly here, and how to get help if unsuccessful.
