First, we need to know if the problem is in the torrent you are using, or something on your system.
Try a “known good torrent”, perhaps one you downloaded already.
I could suggest one if you like. If you cannot download still, then please give us some info on your connection, and what router (if any) you use.
Also have you made any changes to your system that could have caused this? like installing a new firewall, or updated or changed your settings etc.
