program will not download. started yesterday. just gives me a RED X

first time in 8 years.

installed 1.37 64bit last nite and it did nothing for my problem.

cant find any tools or switches to deal with download..does not even

attempt anything other than the red x at the beginning of the title line

any info will be appreciated..i may be the only one with this problem

couldnt find any thing on google, so i guess it isnt an epidemic

did find 101 entries of my search with malwarebytes which i thought might

be connected to my problem;, but when they were gone i still could not

download

Please don’t post email addresses in public forums, you’ll end up with so much spam that your email account will be unusable.

The red X indicates that the download location can not be accessed, if you hover over it the context menu should provide some more info. Common causes are disc being full, permissions to use that folder not given to your user account, harddrive or file system problems, files too large for the type of file system, etc.
