Hi I’m a newbie to Bitcomet and I have a question relating to what some of the panels mean. Firstly:
1) What is a seeder?
2) What is a leecher?
3) Next to the % bar, what does it mean by KB/s down, and how does it affect download speed?
4) Next to the % bar, what does it mean by KB/s up, and how does it affect download speed?
5) How does the U/D Ratio bar work? :S
6) What is meant by the health bar?
7) What does the ‘Seed/Peer[all]’ actually mean?
8) Can download speed be increased if I forward BitComet’s ports?
Please forgive me for asking these questions, but I am just very confused about downloading things; I would appreciate it very much if I had answers.
