It blocks the “quick translator” addon .. .
You can’t, AFAIK. That’s an accessibility feature not a security one, thus it doesn’t have whitelists/blacklists.
I don’t use it, but if you really need that, then disable the option and try using the NoRedirect add-on, instead. It, reportedly, should do what you need.
You could also try modifying your hosts file for blacklisting.
