request back the feature of 0.70

Compared to the stable version 0.70, few features had been removed from current version

Following are the feature that removed from current version compared with 0.70

1.Preference >Task > Upload >Minimum upload rate per seeding

2.Preference > Connection > Connection to keep per task, Use NAT Traversal via UDP

These feature removed since the next version 0.71 had released

I wonder these features would have a great help in increasing speed. Can I request these features return to next version.

I’m sure these, as well as other features will be added to the new client as soon as it’s bugs have been addressed.
