Request Program?

Hi. new here. I may be out of place here. But is there a forum where I can request a program that I can’t find in Bittorrent; Shareaza and Limewire? It’s a pretty basic program… PrintMaster (Any of the versions). I may not be entering my search request properly. What I need is a nice program that I can do 'Banners; Posters in. There seems to be so many ‘out there’ but not many ‘free trials’. I hope my first post here is not out of place. If it is I apologise.

This section is for suggestions regarding our client, not requests for torrents.

I will move the post into our lounge, where such requests can be made.
