This is the wrong place to ask for that. This site does not host any trackers. That is someone hosting a .torrent file using BitComet’s tracker program. I’d suggest finding a new .torrent.

No. Asking for that file is like asking people in a chat room for it.
Go back to the place you got it from and see if they have a place to make comments so you can ask for a re-seed in the properly place. If not then fine it some where else.
