Is there a way of downloading using a different ip address. I know there is software out there but is there anyway in bitcomet you can do this while your downloading.

Go to thepiratebay.org and read about IPREDator. It’s a service that does precisely this. You have to pay for it. There are no free services to do this because if somebody creates one, it quickly becomes hopelessly overloaded and stops working for anyone.
