save image as

When I right click on an image and select “save image as”, a “save image” window pops up. This window fills my whole desktop and is not adjustable.

I then closed CometBird and opened Firefox. The “save image” window is normal in that it can be any size I choose by simply placing my cursor on an edge and adjusting the window to any size I wish. Again, in CometBird, this window will not adjust; even though I place my cursor on any edge, which changes the cursor into a two sided arrow, it will not adjust.

Which version of CometBird are you using?

This sounds like a Windows usage issue.

If you have maximized the window in Windows, then the middle icon of the top right three will change from a window icon to a cascaded window icon to indicate this. Maximized windows aren’t resizeable. Click the cascaded icon again, to restore it and render the window resizeable again.
