Can anybody help that the screenshot function is no longer working even if i have updated the Bitcomet version. In the screenshot area, a red Cross showing in black background.

if you’re referring to ‘snapshots’ it’s possible that either the original seeds simply didn’t include them or they are incompatable with your graphics.
Does this happen with all downloads or just some?
The sign you see is showing that they are blocked on your computer
