Seeding Priority

I am using BC 0.70. I notice that when I am seeding, the priority is set to Lowest. Will the uploading faster to others if I change the priority to Normal or High? It doesn’t look like it affects the performance. Just want to confirm.

if your just seeding, it will make no difference what priority you set
