Can anyone advise me if my downloaded files are also visible to others to seed and peer as the options dont suggest any files…

With a bittorrent task, after the download is complete, the task then seeds (uploads) to others. It’s important that you continue seeding until your share ratio is greater then 1.000.
After you stop a task, and if your upload bandwidth is unused, then they can begin uploading using the LTseed network if enabled.
Click on a task and take a look at the Summary tab. Hover your mouse over the upload section to see stats for the different upload categories.
