I thought it would only be appropriate to drop by the introduction thread for what it’s worth and drop my two cents off. Started with uTorrent but the infamous disk overload error inhibiting my downloads and otherwise was a big turn off and so I searched the web for the most popular and powerful (Among other things) torrent client and found the Bitcomet set-up through reviews and made myself at home.
Not entirely sure what the reviewers mean when they state generally that Bitcomet is an exceptional but aggressive torrent client but it sounded pretty good to me.
Unfortunately my main computer is in a state of disrepair and so this current set-up will only be a temporary one and mostly of a test drive if anything but so far I’m liking it. And once my motherboard makes it out of customs I’ll have to be sure to remove every little strip left of the former pest client to make room for the new guy assuming that everything continues to run well.
