Slow download speed....

My upload speed is reaching 80 kilobytes per second… while my download speed would only reach up to 40 to 50… my torrents have a lot of seeds in it and peers.. but why my download speed so slow?

My router is an Airlink Super G wireless router… i didnt change any setting..

help please…
