my max speed on most trackers is 62kb, i have opened ports in my router but i dunno what else it could be. got no virus or spyware either.
also tried changing up/dowmload rates but still doesnt work
Basically if you follow everything in the Speed Guide or the Settings Guide correctly then there isnt too much else that you can do.(besides upgrading your internet connection)
You just need to download torrents that have lots of available bandwidth (a torrent with 300 seeders and 50 peers should be pretty fast)
Also try to get registered with a private tracker as that is where you can easily max out your bandwidth
On public trackers only the really really popular torrents that have more seeders than leechers will go fast
62 kB/s is pretty good for most torrents that are on public trackers
