could be a codec problem, you system may not have the proper codecs to display the snapshot, or perhaps it couldn’t be downloaded.

IP Filters? Do you know where to download proper codecs?
Do you use PeerBlock, PeerGuardian, Protowall or similar apps that use IP blocking lists?
As for codecs, if you don’t understand this, then it’s not wise to mess with it especially since we don’t know the cause for your snapshots not displaying, it could be that they are simply not available.

No I don’t use it. This appear since someone help me to remove some malware using farbar tool
