Snapshot is not working. How to fix?

I am using bitcomet 1.35. whenever I am trying to check snapshots of a downloading file. Its saying “Action Cancelled”. I am using Mozzila Firefox as my internet Browser. I am attaching a snapshot of the problem to make it clear… Please help me.. Tell me how to fix this problem.

This problem is with Internet Explorer, check and make sure that browser is allowed access in your firewall. You can also try resetting I.E. to default settings.

This problem can also be caused if you’re using an IP filtering program like peer block or protowall.
