Can anybody tell me what is exactly with this option.
new setting in advanced page of option dialog: system.show_debug_info
Does it stores log about CPU or what? if yes where?

It’s intended use is to make visible certain information, all over the BitComet GUI, in order to help the user and the team to track down and pinpoint bugs in the program (as it name suggests).
It’s not yet documented, since it will be officially implemented only starting with the next release. For now, all that I know it does, is enabling the display of an extra “LT-Seeding” column in the Task View pane.
There may be additional functions (and probably others will be added in the future) which are performed by this option, but as I said, they are not yet documented since the team hasn’t finished implementing this.
The basic idea, is that this option will enable the displaying of some statistical data related to the program’s functioning which is not available/necessary in the normal mode.
