some problems!

sorry if this has been discussed before. When i want to download torrent files, the upload shots up to normal speed, but the download speed is zero for most of the time. Can anyone tell me what is the problem? Is it the bitcomet setting? or other problems?

First, go through our settings guide to make sure you have everything properly set. Then check your firewall. Make sure BitComet has full incoming and outgoing access (aka Server Access). Also make sure BC is allowed to make TCP & UDP connections.
