Yea ive been using bittorrents for years and just curious is there a way to make it not lag your connection speed i allways have to pause the torrents to use my internet browser. so i was just wondering if there was a way to fix that.

Just a warning ignore the part about changeing the Max half-open TCP connections, leave this at 8. Despite what some people say it doesn’t really help anymore and now it can cause real problems for Windows since it’s over 13 months old while the files in Windows related to TCP/IP are updated around every 3 months.
